Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Senior Search Expert to drive a holistic search strategy across markets and collaborate with local teams, agencies, and partners. You will manage SEO/SEM, AI-driven search ecosystems, and content optimization to meet ambitious KPIs.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, effective communication at executive level, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment with hybrid office presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or search with FMCG or global brands.
• Proven knowledge of holistic search (paid, organic, eRetail, LLMs).
• Experience with AI-driven search ecosystems and content optimization.
• Strong communication skills for global presentations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Digital Leads in developing and implementing the Search strategy across markets.
• Oversee SEO/SEM campaigns across engines, eRetailers, LLMs, platforms and voice with local agencies.
• Manage search agencies and optimize keyword acquisition, audience management and analysis.
• Coordinate localization of keyword strategy to align with business objectives.
• Lead capability-building activities and governance for search initiatives.
• Promote use of global search frameworks and tools across markets.
• Create and share regular performance reports and best practices.
