Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial industry operations.
• Experience with settlement and post-trade processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own the securities settlement outcomes for equities, fixed income, and repos.
• Analyse settlement data, fail patterns and automate processes.
• Design, test and implement automated/AI-enabled solutions.
• Supervise automated outputs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive change and rollout new processes and tools.
• Document processes, controls and decisions for knowledge reuse.
• Coach colleagues and share analytical thinking.
