Siemens Energy Unipessoal Lda. in Portugal is seeking a Service Owner for Software Development License Service to manage GitHub Copilot, Docker, and Figma.

You will define product vision, governance, and cost controls, collaborating with Cyber Security, Legal, and Procurement to ensure compliance and alignment with enterprise goals. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in IT service ownership, product management, or technical project management within a large enterprise.
• Proven experience managing service budgets and vendor relationships.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle for GitHub Copilot, Docker, and Figma; define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Establish governance framework for AI tool usage, including token policies, compliance controls, and data protection assessments.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, AI Governance, Legal, and Procurement for security reviews and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with German governance bodies and employee representation on responsible AI adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and licensing models to inform strategy and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage the service budget and cost control for a portfolio exceeding €670,000 annually.
• Develop and implement a chargeback model to provide financial transparency to business units.
• Lead vendor management: negotiations, renewals, performance, and relationships with key suppliers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and value realization summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee enterprise license lifecycle: provisioning, renewals, utilization optimization.
• Act as escalation point for user support issues (logins, installations).
• Create and execute user engagement and adoption plans: knowledge articles, trainings, feedback channels.
• Drive continuous service improvement by analyzing feedback and automating workflows.
