Siemens is seeking a Senior Generative AI Tech Lead within the Cybersecurity organization in Lisbon, Portugal. You will drive hands-on AI engineering, design scalable AI systems, and contribute to long-term AI strategy across CYS.

The role requires leading architecture, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with security analysts and platform engineers to deliver secure, production-grade AI solutions using Azure-based tools.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in CS/Engineering/Math; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong Python skills and software design patterns.
• Experience with RAG, LLMs and vector data.
• Cloud AI experience, Azure preferred, others valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Gen AI projects end-to-end across cybersecurity and productivity use cases.
• Define architecture, prototyping, and implementation guidance.
• Develop reusable blueprints and secure AI components.
• Collaborate on AI governance, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Promote best practices in monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.
