Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is seeking an experienced Agile Master/Scrum Master to drive agility and scaling strategies across teams in Aveiro. You will lead key ceremonies, coach teams on SAFe and Kanban, and bridge strategy with execution alongside Product Owners and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset in a hybrid working environment. English proficiency and multicultural collaboration are valued.

Qualificações

• Professional Track Record: Proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
• Certifications: Scrum Alliance (CSM, A-CSM) or Scrum.org (PSM) certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead ceremonies to optimize team flow and efficiency.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide teams and leadership in adopting agile mindsets and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Kanban).
• Align Strategy & Execution: Bridge the gap between strategic objectives and team execution with Product Owners.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and uplift performance.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote agile values and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
