Mobizy is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Portugal to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple teams within a hybrid setup (Caldas da Rainha / Leiria / Lisboa / Ponte de Sor). You will operate as a systems thinker, aligning engineering, operations and business to create a coherent delivery system in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include enabling cross-team delivery, removing impediments, and driving organizational continuous improvement with Jira/JQL and Confluence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
• Strong grasp of Scrum and agile principles with adaptable practices.
• Experience with scaling frameworks (Scrum of Scrums, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe).
• Systems thinking to improve governance, dependencies, and flow.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments with evidence generation.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Enable delivery across multiple teams by facilitating ceremonies and scaling agile practices beyond teams.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to harmonize practices and remove impediments.
• Coordinate with products, operations and business to align priorities and timelines.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration bottlenecks.
• Increase transparency with release visibility and milestone readiness for stakeholders.
• Build high-performing teams by fostering psychological safety and ownership.
