Wire IT is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker) for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and bridge communication between IT and stakeholders in French and English.

We value experience with Agile processes, conflict resolution, and transparent reporting of team performance. This role offers a full-time contract, health insurance, paid vacation, meal allowance, referral bonus, and annual training budget.

Qualificações

• 6-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure team engagement and productivity.
• Coach team on Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization.
• Act as liaison between IT and stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and requirements in French and English.
• Track and report team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Refine Agile processes to suit team needs and align with best practices.
• Mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious team environment.
• Maintain documentation of Agile processes, sprint goals and progress.

Role: Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• 6-9 Years of experience in a similar role
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that all team members are engaged and productive.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Guide team members in Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Act as a liaison between the IT team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and requirements in both French and English.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
• Continuously assess and refine Agile processes to align with best practices, adapting them to meet the team's unique needs.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate discussions to ensure a harmonious team environment, addressing any issues that may hinder team performance.
• Maintain documentation related to Agile processes, sprint goals, and team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
