Wire IT in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Scrum Master to join a senior, agile team on a hybrid basis. You will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving IT environment.

The role requires 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence. English at B2 level is mandatory. Wire IT offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience coaching cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Previous experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus.
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are highly valued.
• English (B2 minimum) is mandatory.
