TEKEVER is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive systems thinking across our logistics and trade compliance organization. You will align delivery across engineering (software, hardware, firmware) and business teams in a regulated environment from Caldas da Rainha to Lisbon and Leiria.

You will enable cross-team delivery, collaborate with other Scrum Masters, manage dependencies (including hardware timelines), and ensure visibility of releases and milestones while fostering psychological safety

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to align cross-team delivery.
• Experience with scaled frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Enable delivery across multiple teams by facilitating ceremonies, and scaling agile ways of working beyond team boundaries.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters across products and departments to harmonize practices, share learnings, remove systemic impediments, and drive continuous improvement at an organizational level.
• Connect products, operations and business stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities, timelines, and common understanding of constraints.
• Actively surface, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies (including hardware lead timelines), risks, and integration bottlenecks.
• Create organizational transparency by ensuring release visibility, milestone readiness, and plan vs. reality delivery insights for stakeholders.
• Build high-performing resilient teams by creating psychological safety, resolving conflicts and building scope ownership.
