Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid schedule. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in Scrum/Agile roles, strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, and a proven ability to remove impediments and foster self-organization.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master or Agile Master within software development.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodologies; ability to promote Agile values.
Responsabilidades
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices and ensure agile adoption.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting productivity and delivery timelines.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with goals and report progress.
- Coach teams in self-organization and drive Agile transformation.
