You will coach teams to become autonomous, collaborative and outcomes-focused while removing blockers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Team Coach.
• Strong track record improving team effectiveness in complex environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate retrospectives, planning, reviews and alignment sessions.
• Remove impediments and foster psychological safety and collaboration.
• Partner with leaders to support multi-location teams.
• Define working agreements and decision-making practices.
