AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking a Senior Associate Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across interdisciplinary teams in Lisbon. You will facilitate Scrum events, drive continuous improvement, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven cloud solutions.

The role requires Scrum Master certification (SAFe/Master) and 1–3 years (or more) of relevant experience or equivalent. Willingness to accommodate North America time zones is noted.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in CS/engineering with relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering with 3–5 years relevant experience
• Diploma plus 8+ years relevant work experience
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master required

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile practices, sprint planning, and delivery of features
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams across Amgen
• Maintain product backlog and execution plan with milestones and dependencies
• Communicate status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps/CI-CD integration
