AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across European and JAPAC teams. You will facilitate events, mentor teams in SAFe practices, and partner with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role combines coaching, delivery facilitation, and continuous improvement in a hybrid Lisbon-based setting. The ideal candidate brings SAFe Scrum Master or RTE experience, strong collaboration, and a passion for helping

Qualificações

Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques.
Align with Agile values and prioritize individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos and backlog refinement.
Advise SAFe events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions meeting customer needs.
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Help teams achieve delivery acceleration by improving scrum maturity.
Identify and manage risks and dependencies across Teams/ART.
Coordinate with Services to schedule resolution of issues with released products.
Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and innovation.
