iTRTech Group is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Time Tracking for a 100% remote Europe role. You will implement and evolve Time Tracking, Attendance, and payroll integrations while engaging with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-border business teams.

Must have 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with hands-on Time Tracking work, and be fluent in Portuguese and English. Travel to Luanda is required in the first six months.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of professional SAP SuccessFactors project experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring Employee Time Sheet and time-recording functionalities.
• Knowledge of Time Recording Profiles, Time Types, Time Type Groups, Time Valuations.
• Experience integrating Time Tracking with Payroll or external systems.
• Ability to work with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation and support projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements for time, attendance, shifts, and overtime.
• Configure Time Sheet, Time Recording Profiles, Time Types, and Time Valuations.
• Implement Clock In/Clock Out functionalities and approval workflows.
• Ensure integration with Payroll systems and other modules.
• Prepare testing, UAT, and training materials.
