Job summary

Fischer Connectors SA, a leading provider in the Conextivity Group, is expanding its Plant in Amarante near Oporto, Portugal, and seeks a senior SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner. This role blends functional and technical leadership to drive platform stability, enhancements, and governance across Employee Central, Payroll and time management.

You will own roadmap, collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners, and shape the future of HR digital transformation across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information systems, CS, engineering, HR or related field; masters preferred.
• 5-6 years experience in HR or payroll systems, including 4+ years with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience across the SAP SuccessFactors lifecycle: implementation, post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on functional and technical experience with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including configuration and data replication.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, backlog, service model and improvement priorities.
• Ensure governance of incidents, problems, changes, testing, releases, risks and improvements.
• Lead the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors releases with business validation and readiness.
• Maintain application documentation and operational knowledge; manage external partners.
• Provide hands-on functional and technical leadership across Employee Central, Payroll and time management.
• Maintain end-to-end data integrity across SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, time and integrations.
• Support multi-country rollout through localisation readiness and implementation approaches.
