Match Profiler is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM consultant to strengthen our client team in Lisbon. You will contribute specialized PA knowledge and work within a multidisciplinary, agile environment that fosters growth and impact.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of SAP HR/HCM PA experience, solid English proficiency, and a proactive team spirit. Onboarding is careful, with ongoing feedback and a collaborative, close-knit culture that supports personal development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in SAP HR/HCM in the Personal Administration (PA) module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HR PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, organizational management integration, and master data concepts.
• SAP S/4 HANA Business Partner Concept experience.
• Familiarity with integration points between PA and other modules (e.g., HR TIME, FI, PS).
• SAP Time Management is a plus
• Experience in several countries implementation is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
