Job summary

Accenture Portugal is seeking a SAP HCM professional to implement, configure and maintain SAP HCM across core HR modules, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

You will design, configure, test and document end-to-end HCM processes, collaborate with HR, IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, support data migration and upgrades, and act as a functional advisor to align SAP HCM with business and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules and HR business processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain SAP HCM across core HR modules.
• Design, configure, test and document end-to-end HCM processes, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management and Employee Self-Service.
• Work closely with HR, IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules.
• Support data migration activities, system upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR systems performance and stability.
• Act as a functional advisor, ensuring SAP HCM solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
