Job summary

Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing and seeking a senior SAP HR/HCM consultant in Lisbon. You will focus on Personnel Administration (PA) in SAP, work on global projects, and collaborate with clients and teams across countries.

Fluency in English is required; experience with S/4HANA BP and PA integrations with Time Management, FI and PS is highly valued. We offer a hybrid model with 2 days per week at the office and long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM, focused on PA
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PA functionalities: infotypes, personnel actions, master data, OM integration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Business Partner concept
• Integration points between SAP PA and Time Management, FI, PS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week at the office

• Support implementation of SAP PA solutions within global SAP projects
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM, with a strong focus on the Personnel Administration (PA) module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, master data concepts, and integration with Organizational Management.
• Experience with the SAP S/4HANA Business Partner concept.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP PA and other modules, such as Time Management, FI, and PS.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, propose solutions, and support their implementation within a global SAP project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week at the office.
