Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Salesforce Platform Expert to drive cross-functional initiatives and accelerate architectural excellence across Salesforce applications. You will mentor teams, guide design decisions, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions within a global context.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices, and contribute to continuous Salesforce ecosystem improvements while working from Portugal.

Qualificações

• Proven professional experience in Salesforce, with strong and extensive Salesforce expertise.
• Senior-level experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience on projects from scratch, from initial design through implementation.
• Professional experience in Architecture / Solution Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, solution design, quality, performance, and scalability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a cross-functional element across multiple Salesforce applications and teams within the organization.
• Mentor and guide teams on the best technical approaches, solutions, and paths to follow.
• Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce teams, providing guidance and support whenever they face technical challenges.
• Maintain a critical view of Salesforce applications, ensuring the best approach in terms of quality, performance, architecture, and scalability.
• Support teams in overcoming technology-related challenges and identifying the most appropriate solutions.
• Help define new technical approaches and solutions for new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture principles and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem and promote effective and sustainable solutions.
