Decskill is expanding its Salesforce practice and seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect in Portugal. You will lead pre-sales activities, design solutions on Salesforce platforms, and drive delivery excellence across international projects.

Role requires strong Salesforce knowledge, certifications, and the ability to mentor teams, develop training materials, and engage with clients. English proficiency and travel readiness are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Salesforce pre-sales activities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including EPC/CPQ and Order Management.
• Salesforce certification is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, customers, and business environments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, combined with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong willingness to work on international projects, including availability to travel when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to Salesforce pre-sales activities, from solution design to customer engagement.
• Support and coordinate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos, both internally and with customers.
• Create and maintain Salesforce training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, including best practices, guidelines, handbooks, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the development of internal Salesforce knowledge and delivery capabilities.
• Support Salesforce recruitment activities, including technical assessment and candidate evaluation.
• Act as the Lead Salesforce Architect on delivery projects.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with different teams, customers, and partners to design and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
