Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead design of Salesforce processes and cloud integrations. You will guide development teams, ensure architecture alignment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a Salesforce Architect, strong English, and a track record of delivering service-focused Salesforce architectures in Banking/Finance contexts.

Qualificações

• Strong passion and interest in Salesforce technology.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce Cloud technologies, particularly Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems.
• High level of autonomy and a strong self-learning mindset.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, or FinTech sectors is desirable.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate the integration of Salesforce Clouds within the overall IT Architecture.
• Lead and guide development teams, providing the necessary technical support, direction, and guidelines.
• Follow up and support the technical aspects of project implementation, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture.
• Manage the Salesforce Clouds and services in the long term, identifying opportunities for optimization and defining courses of action to evolve the architecture.
• Continuously assess and improve the architecture in areas such as capacity, resilience, performance, and costs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
• Manage the technical relationship with external partners and service providers, ensuring the implementation of relevant Financial Services guidelines.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to define scalable, efficient, and sustainable Salesforce solutions.

• High level of autonomy and a strong self-learning mindset.
• Flexibility and ability to design and articulate solutions with different technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, or FinTech sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience working with other Cloud technologies is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, support, and guide development teams.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
