Olisipo is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to design, implement, and test end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

You will develop technical and functional documentation, deliver parameterized solutions, and optimize Marketing Cloud workflows while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance, security, and performance across Salesforce implementations. Hybrid work regime in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development with focus on Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud.
• Strong data modeling knowledge and identity resolution frameworks.
• Experience with data ingestion (batch, streaming, API) and external connectors (S3, BigQuery).
• Proficient in SQL and advanced SQL, email optimization, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, and data security.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud;
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, including Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, and Identity Resolution frameworks;
• Experience with data ingestion processes, including batch, streaming, API-based ingestion, and external connectors such as S3 and Google BigQuery;
• Experience with data transformation, SQL query development, schema alignment, standardization, and enrichment logic;
• Strong understanding of Identity Resolution frameworks and identity stitching strategies;
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, PII protection, and secure data access;
• Experience with real-time integrations and event-driven architectures;
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, and advanced SQL;
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email optimization practices;
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio;
• Experience with automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization;
• Good knowledge of Salesforce development best practices;
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I e II or CTA (nice to have);
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
