InnoTech, Lisbon-based, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to own the full dev lifecycle in Salesforce environments and to tailor platforms to business needs.

You will implement integrations, maintain docs, and ensure quality with AMPscript/SSJS/WSProxy, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. English fluency and EU work permit are required for employment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Experience with data modeling, ingestion, transformation, identity resolution and integration architectures.
• Proficiency with AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, advanced SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce marketing tools.
• Professional English proficiency; CPLP or EU work permit is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own full development lifecycle from design to unit testing in Salesforce environments.
• Produce and maintain functional/technical documentation for delivered solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platforms per business requirements and best practices.
• Develop integrations and components ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Define, execute, and review test scenarios; troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.

Your Mission Will Be

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from solution design through implementation and unit testing within Salesforce environments;
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation to support delivered solutions;
• Configure and customize Salesforce platforms in line with business requirements and established best practices;
• Develop integrations and technical components while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Define, execute, and review test scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

You Will Need

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud;
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, transformation processes, identity resolution frameworks, and integration architectures;
• Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, advanced SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce marketing automation tools;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, secure data access, and PII protection strategies;
• Strong background in automation orchestration, error handling, performance tuning, and real‑time event‑driven integrations;
• Practical experience working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio;
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Technical Architect (CTA);
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
