Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, strategy consulting, or finance.
• Experience with B2B sales enablement and program development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to identify opportunities.
• Ability to build and improve scalable processes as the business grows.
• Bias for action and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Structure and run pilots to test new models, methodologies, or tools.
• Design scalable sales workflows to maximize speed and reduce friction.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify bottlenecks and fix them.
• Scope, prioritise, and own enablement projects with stakeholders.
• Transform onboarding into a high-impact, metric-driven system.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure ROI of enablement initiatives.
