Voltalia is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join their renewable energy business in Porto, Portugal. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support for contracts related to the construction and operation of renewable power plants. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business or International Law with over 5 years of relevant experience in commercial law, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and familiarity with AI-powered legal tools. A commitment to sustainability and adaptability to international work environments are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial or contract law.
• Knowledge of contracts governed by common law (e.g. English law, Irish law).
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction law.
