Voltalia's Renvolt O&M Contract management team in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contracts across energies and geographies. You will draft contracts, identify commercial levers, manage changes and claims, and ensure compliance with laws and Voltalia's Code of Conduct.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law or Engineering and at least 5 years in contract management, with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or Degree in Law or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as Contract Manager (construction contracts, equipment purchases or engineering contracts).
• Knowledge and/ or contract management training on international construction/ industrial projects is appreciated.
• Knowledge of renewable energies and energy sector regulation is a strong plus.
• Excellent writing skills and knowledge in drafting legal documents.
• Understanding of corporate taxation and P&L impact on contracts.
• Understanding of project lifecycles (methods, processes, project management).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Draft contracts and amendments, improve contract templates.
• Identify and optimize the contract's commercial leverage.
• Prepare contract summaries for management.
• Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Improve and optimize subcontract templates and general purchasing terms.
• Support procurement and construction negotiating orders.
• Analyse and measure risks vs opportunities.
• Manage contract documentation and communications for the project.
• Set up and monitor contractual management processes for ongoing projects.
• Set up and track project performance indicators.
• Inform the team on main contract risks.
• Raise contract and commercial awareness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Voltalia Code of Conduct and internal rules.
