Renvolt, a renewable energy subsidiary of Voltalia, is seeking a qualified and experienced commercial/contracts legal advisor to join its growing team in Porto, Portugal. The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to construction, operations and maintenance contracts (EPC, O&M) across multiple geographies.

We value fluency in English, knowledge of common law, and experience with contract lifecycle management and AI-assisted tools.

Qualificações

Master’s degree in Business or International Law is required or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or contract law.
Experience with EPC/O&M contracts and construction projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide legal analysis and drafting of national and international contracts for EPC and O&M projects.
Review and negotiate subcontracting, supply and consortium agreements.
Draft and maintain contract templates and templates for standard documents.
Drive digitalisation of legal operations including CLM and AI-assisted tools.
Mitigate legal risks and provide advice across business lines.
Assist in managing customer and supplier claims and disputes with external counsel.
