We Are META is seeking a seasoned Release Manager to orchestrate complex release workflows across multi-team environments. The role emphasizes expert/git proficiency, rapid conflict resolution, and high-stakes decision-making to ensure smooth deployments.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in release management, strong Agile problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a hybrid model with two days per week in Lisbon, Portugal.

• 7 years of experience as Release Manager Summit.
• Expert-level mastery of Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management to lead release workflows.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex Git merge conflicts rapidly under tight production deadlines.
• Precision in release execution given production deployment risks.
• Manage multiple concurrent release workflows with full visibility.
• Swift, analytical decisions in high-stakes release scenarios.
