Dellent is seeking a Senior Release Manager to join our Lisbon hybrid team. The role focuses on overseeing complex release cycles, ensuring smooth deployments, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

A track record of resolving merge conflicts and a strong understanding of Git architectures is essential. The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of Release Management experience, expert problem solving, and the ability to communicate release details clearly.

Formación

• More than 9 years of experience as a Release Manager.
• Understanding of Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management.
• Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex merge conflicts under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous approach to execution, recognizing the high-risk nature of production deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously while maintaining complete visibility of the overall release landscape.
• Proven track record of making swift, analytical decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Capability to lead meetings efficiently and convey complex technical release details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Agile problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French is a plus.
