Job summary

SkillOnNet is seeking a strategic QA-focused Senior Product Manager to oversee test strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms.

The role emphasizes test design, risk-based testing, and process improvements within an iGaming environment, with a strong focus on automation and manual testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as QA Engineer/QA Analyst/Software Tester.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies (functional/regression/smoke/exploratory/risk-based).
• Attention to detail with analytical problem-solving.
• Troubleshooting and investigation skills beyond UI behavior.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP, client-server architecture, browser dev tools.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman is an advantage).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Clear communication of issues and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize testing based on risk and impact.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, quality-focused mindset.
• Good written/verbal English.
• Experience in iGaming or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios from requirements and business flows.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and risk-based testing across web and mobile.
• Identify risks, gaps, edge cases, and unclear behavior before/during development.
• Investigate, reproduce, document, and track defects with evidence.
• Perform API and backend testing using Postman and browser tools when required.
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Prioritize testing activities based on risk and business impact.
• Ensure quality standards from early testing to production releases.
• Support release cycles to ensure features are stable and production-ready.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and documentation.
• Take ownership of features and testing from requirements to release.
