Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a QA Analyst to join a dynamic iGaming-focused team. You will drive quality across web and mobile products, crafting and executing test plans, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure high-quality releases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA, strong attention to detail, and experience in Agile environments. The role offers a hybrid model with on-site and remote days, within a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• +3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester, preferably in digital products.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Pragmatic, task-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
• Experience in iGaming or highly regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with development teams for timely resolution.
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards across all development stages, from testing to production releases.
• Contribute to QA process improvement, tools, and best practices.
• Support release cycles by ensuring features are stable, compliant, and production-ready.
