Careers is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team in Lisbon. You will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile products, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and UX to deliver a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• +3 years of QA Analyst/Software Tester experience in digital products.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• QA experience in iGaming or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs clearly, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release; collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all stages of development, from early testing to production releases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support release cycles by ensuring features are stable, compliant, and production-ready.
