Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior PubSec Customer Success Engineer based in Portugal. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to public sector customers, guiding adoption and optimization of our DevSecOps platform in post-sales engagements, with a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualificações

• Experience in DevSecOps or software development lifecycle workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Solutions Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout post-sales lifecycle.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support adoption and retention.
• Deliver enablement through webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
