Role: Senior Project / Service Manager

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years in project/service management
• 4+ years in technological contexts (IT / engineering / digital platforms)

Experience In International And/or Highly Regulated Environments (preferred)

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in managing: Schedules, budget, and resources
• Experience with tools: Jira, MS Project, or equivalents
• Ability to analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance
• Experience in risk management and mitigation
• Experience in coordinating complex technological projects: Integrations, APIs, digital platforms, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices (valued)
• English professional
