Wire IT in Portugal is seeking a Junior Access Management Analyst to join our IAM-focused team. This hybrid role in Lisbon combines IT operations, access governance and security fundamentals.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and up to two years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluent English, and familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP access, VMware, Windows/Linux, and cloud platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, IAM or similar
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts and access governance
• Familiarity with SAP user access administration is a plus
• Basic knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborative environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Contract

• No-term full-time contract;

Required skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or a similar role
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and access governance
