Devote Consulting actively seeks recent graduates to join a growing team delivering life sciences consulting. You’ll work on projects that improve processes, data, and systems across medical devices, R&D, and regulatory affairs.

In this role you’ll contribute to stakeholder management, project planning, and organizational change, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that supports professional growth. English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
• 1–2 years in life sciences is a plus; recent graduates welcome.
• Analytical with a drive to make a measurable impact.
• Excellent English communication.
• Familiarity with system validation and agile delivery is an advantage.
• Experience with Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC) or medical devices/SaMD is a bonus.

• Supporting projects: Drive changes in the life sciences industry by improving processes, data, and systems
• Contributing to key areas: Work within medical devices, R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
• Optimizing business processes: (Re)design workflows to boost operational efficiency
• Managing stakeholders: Take responsibility for stakeholder management, project planning, organizational change, and delivering necessary compliance documentation
