A Bosch Group, Aveiro, está a procurar um Senior Project Manager para conduzir projetos de aquecedores a gás, alinhado com a estratégia EMEA. Irá colaborar com R&D, compras, fabrico e qualidade, liderando desde a conceção até ao lançamento no mercado.

É exigida formação em engenharia/gestão, experiência sólida em gestão de projetos complexos e domínio de Excel e MS Project. Fluência em português e inglês é essencial, com foco em prazos e custos, num ambiente híbrido.

Competenze

• Formação superior em engenharia, gestão ou área técnica compatível.
• Experiência de 5–10 anos em novos desenvolvimentos de projetos.
• Experiência de 3–5 anos em gestão de projetos complexos.
• Conhecimento de processos Time-to-Market e ciclos de desenvolvimento.

• Liderar projetos de aquecedores a gás desde conceção até lançamento.
• Coordenar equipas entre Engenharia, Fabrico, Compras e Qualidade.
• Garantir conformidade com padrões de qualidade e integração com o portfólio.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

We are looking for a project manager to steer our gas water heater projects, in close alignment with our EMEA strategy of defending market position. Working together with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and quality, you will lead the introduction of new products from product creation phase to successful market launch:

• Lead Projects of final products to be sold to end-customers.
• Coordinate the work of a project team in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure that the developed solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's stringent quality standards and seamlessly integrate with the existing portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle - from initial concept and development to production ramp-up and market launch.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, target costs, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project progress and key milestones effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in new developments projects.
• 3-5 years of proven professional experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong experience working within Time-to-Market (TTM) processes and managing product development life cycles.

Know how:

• Deep understanding of project scheduling, target costing, and technical product validation.
• Skills in Project Management methodologies, including stakeholder management and risk management
• Good knowledge of supplier management and production procedures and Make & Buy strategies.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel and Project.
• Know-how on Waterfall and Agile for Hardware development is a valuable advantage.

Languages:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Working Style and Methods:

• A highly organized, goal-oriented, and structured approach to project management.
• Quick grasp of complex new topics and a proactive mindset in resolving bottlenecks.

Personality:

• A resilient, assertive leader with a strong ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing confidently across various hierarchical levels.
