Metyis AG in Porto seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements in Digital Transformation, Data & AI, and related areas. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology disciplines.

The role requires 5–7 years of delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Portuguese work authorization is preferred.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience delivering Digital Transformation, Technology, Business, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, or Customer Experience initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience delivering projects across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including planning, governance, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and delivery reporting.
• Experience establishing project governance structures and managing lifecycle activities from initiation through closure.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, quality, timelines, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with enterprise delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Planner).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), SAFe, or Change Management certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, Customer Experience, Enterprise Applications, and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, resource planning, and successful delivery against agreed business objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, resource plans, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and changes, and mitigate to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are applied throughout the lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary delivery contact.
• Lead steering committees, governance meetings, project workshops, planning sessions, and executive status reviews.
• Coach and mentor Project Management Associates while promoting delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
