Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as required.
• Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure execution and delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal delivery functions.
• Support governance activities including project reporting and steering committee preparation.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Engineers, Designers, and client stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
