Metyis is seeking a Project Management Associate to join our Data and Analytics team in Porto. This full-time role targets delivery across Digital Transformation and Analytics initiatives with scope across multiple client engagements.

You will support the successful delivery of client engagements, manage workstreams, develop project plans, monitor risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and engineers.

Qualificações

2–4 years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies.
Strong planning, governance, budgeting, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, and related initiatives.
Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation.
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and elevate issues as needed.
Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery.
Support governance activities including reporting, steering committee prep, and action tracking.
