Metyis in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery across Digital Transformation and Technology initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and governance, and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in project management or PMO, strong planning, RAID management, and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and other collaboration tools. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

2-4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related roles.
Experience supporting or managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
Good understanding of Project Management principles including planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience developing project plans, status reports, delivery dashboards, and governance artefacts.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.
Understanding of project lifecycle management from initiation through delivery and project closure.
Understanding of Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.
Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and elevate issues as needed.
Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions.
Support governance activities including project reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.
Ensure clear communication of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery.
Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.
Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, governance, and team collaboration.
Support proposal development, project planning activities, and internal capability initiatives.
