Metyis is seeking a Project Manager to join our Data and Analytics team in Porto. With 5–7 years of relevant experience, you will lead end-to-end client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, and Data & AI initiatives.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, governance and drive delivery through multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers, and executives, coaching junior PMs and shaping governance

Qualificações

• 5–7 years delivering Digital Transformation, Technology, or related initiatives.
• Experience leading end-to-end client projects in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Strong governance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, and related areas.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and changes; implement mitigations.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are applied.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as primary delivery contact.
• Lead steering committees, governance meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate status, risks, and impacts.
• Support adoption and change management to maximize realization of outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across business and technology disciplines.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery adapted to client needs.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers; promote delivery excellence.
• Contribute to governance frameworks and capability development.
• Support business development through planning, proposals, and presentations.
• Travel as required.
