Finastra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects for its Universal Banking team. You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, coordinating customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in core banking platforms and a proactive, collaborative approach to driving project success across global teams.

• Solid experience in IT project/program management.
• Proven ability to lead complex banking transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements; coordinate internal teams, partners and vendors.
• Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project performance and report on progress; mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals.
