Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join the Solution Delivery Organization. The role focuses on driving transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across functions, and ensuring projects transition smoothly from planning to execution in a hybrid work model.

You will support governance, create documentation, and manage communications with leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Strong organisational and planning skills for multiple priorities.
• Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
• Coordinate transition and knowledge transfer activities with shadowing sessions.
• Monitor progress, track action plans and provide status updates.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Support governance by coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations.
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with post-implementation and stabilisation activities to ensure smooth handover.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery practices.
