WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex, multi‑team initiatives from initiation through delivery in a hybrid setup. You will partner with the Account Director to hit budget and timeline targets while maximizing business benefits.

You will steer risk management, governance, vendor relations and cross‑functional coordination with stakeholders across the client and WPP teams.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple teams across different workstreams, incl. 20 people or more.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle & release management.
• Proven track record delivering ecommerce migrations / re-platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and budget management.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum and Kanban frameworks; able to move from Waterfall to Agile.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery across the programme and ensure alignment with business case benefits.
• Analyse risks, produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Establish and implement ways of working and governance at programme start.
• Create programme level plans and manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Guide project managers and manage resource planning and end-dates.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee third parties and vendor relationships.
• Track progress, adjust plans, and ensure goals are met.
