Job summary

GRiT is seeking a Product Architect to own the data and AI product roadmap for two squads within its data and AI organisation, in a fast-paced pharma environment. You will collaborate with engineering and data teams to define what gets built and ensure alignment with GxP regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in end-to-end data or AI product management, pharma or regulated manufacturing experience, and fluent English; monthly travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end data or AI product management.
• Mandatory background in pharma or regulated manufacturing (GMP, GxP).
• Track record in global or multi-country organisations.
• Hands-on knowledge of data platforms: Databricks, cloud data warehousing, dbt and BI.
• Enough technical depth to discuss solutions with engineering on equal footing.
• Ownership of what gets built beyond backlog administration for a single app.
• Assertive with senior stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Fluent English.
• Availability for monthly business travel.

Fast-paced setting with shifting plans and competing demands from several business areas, calling for firm prioritisation and confident pushback. Definition of acceptance criteria and definition of done in a GxP-regulated environment, plus close collaboration with engineering and data teams on what gets built.
Must-Have

• 5+ years of end-to-end data or AI product management, with real accountability for the roadmap
• Mandatory background in pharma or regulated manufacturing, such as GMP, GxP, medical devices or equivalent
• Track record in global or multi-country organisations
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms: Databricks, cloud data warehousing, dbt and BI
• Enough technical depth to discuss solutions with engineering on equal footing
• Ownership of what gets built, well beyond backlog administration for a single application
• Assertive profile, at ease with senior stakeholders and frequent changes in priorities
• Fluent English
• Availability for monthly business travel
