Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Manager to lead the Design Systems strategy and roadmap, aligning with user needs and the overall product vision. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable Design System components, foster adoption across product teams, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Travel to the UK 1–2 times per month is expected, with travel expenses covered.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically with Design Systems.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements for complex design systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective international collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to the client's UK office 1–2 times per month (travel expenses covered).
• Based in Portugal with valid work permission.

• Drive the adoption and evolution of Design Systems across various product teams, advocating for consistency and efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow within the Design Systems team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively.
• Travel to the client's office in the UK 1 to 2 times per month to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.
