Intermedia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our shared data foundation for customer-facing analytics and AI experiences. You will own the Data Hub strategy, partnering with PMs, Engineering, and Data teams to define standards for instrumentation, data contracts, and data models.

You will drive adoption of common patterns, ensure cross-domain data connectivity, and balance legacy data with new requirements while focusing on measurable outcomes and faster analytics

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with data platforms or technically complex B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of data concepts: event-driven architectures, data ingestion/pipelines, data contracts, data modeling, APIs, and data quality.
• Experience building shared platforms used by multiple product or engineering teams, with platform-as-a-product mindset.
• Ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority and drive adoption of standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Hub and shared analytics data foundation.
• Partner with PMs and Engineering to define the roadmap for bringing product data into the Data Hub.
• Establish and drive adoption of common patterns and best practices for instrumentation, event generation, data contracts, ingestion, and access.
• Partner with Data and Engineering architects to define common data models for interactions, users, agents, accounts, services, features, and utilization.
• Ensure data from different products can be connected across domains and channels, avoiding silos.
• Define requirements for trusted data exposed to APIs, analytics tools, embedded experiences, AI apps, and other access patterns.
• Make onboarding data easier for product and engineering teams without central analytics team implementing every use case.
• Balance migration of legacy data flows with new product requirements and identify where data can be leveraged.
• Identify common needs across product teams and prioritize shared platform capabilities to accelerate analytics.
• Define and track success measures for Data Hub adoption, data availability, quality, timeliness, and utilization.
• Ensure the data foundation supports AI use cases like AI Agents and prompt-based analytics.
• Collaborate with Principal PM for Product Analytics to align priorities with customer and product needs.
