Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in data platforms or analytics.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, data ingestion and pipelines.
• Ability to engage with Data and Engineering teams while focusing on product outcomes.
• Experience building shared platforms used by multiple product or engineering teams.
• Experience translating needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong prioritization balancing platform investments, migration and customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Hub and shared analytics data foundation.
• Partner with PMs and Engineering teams across domains to define and prioritize the roadmap for data into the Data Hub.
• Establish and drive adoption of common patterns and best practices for instrumentation, event generation, data contracts, ingestion, and access.
• Define and evolve common data models for interactions, users, agents, accounts, services, features, and utilization.
• Ensure data from different products can be connected and analyzed across domains and journeys.
• Define requirements for exposing trusted data to downstream consumers through APIs and analytics tools.
• Make onboarding data and building on the shared foundation easier for product and engineering teams.
