Intermedia is seeking a Senior Product Owner for AI & Data to own daily execution across several development teams. Your role includes translating strategic initiatives into detailed requirements and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineering, UX, QA, and project management to drive coordinated releases. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in product ownership or similar roles, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication skills for

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar in software development.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to process complex information.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Deep experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Proven release and delivery coordination across cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency with strong async communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day‑to‑day execution across multiple development teams.
• Prioritize and maintain structured backlogs aligned with goals.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, stand‑ups, demos, retros.
• Translate business needs into explicit, detailed requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and workflows.
• Coordinate with UI/UX to align prototypes and assets.
• Contribute to roadmap planning with capacity and sequencing insight.
• Plan and coordinate releases across engineering, QA, ops, and customers.
• Lead cross‑team efforts across Intermedia products.
• Mentor and support other product owners to raise execution quality.
